Flying through the clouds,
With a giant winged bird,
I looked down to find you..
Wide blue ocean,
Tiny clusters of land,
My eyes tried hard to search for you..
Pity my eyesight,
Couldn’t catch the Angel,
From that 30,000 feet, up above the ground !
Reclining in my chair,
Sighing with heart ache,
I let my thoughts drift towards you..
The distance was enormous,
But you seemed so near,
With your heart filled with resonating love..
The difference was weighty,
But neither of us cared,
For we were always one whole..
The time has been dominating,
While too much has passed,
After we hugged good bye..
Neither of us knew,
Waiting as painful as it was,
For we never would have departed..
With the lights turned off,
I counted the stars,
Pushing the time with all my might, When it doesn’t budge to move!

This is beautiful and I can definitely relate, had to say goodbye to my sweetheart March 1, then I saw him for two days and he left again, and it hurt all over again, even though we have now broken up. But we still love each other. The situation seems impossible, with 1,000 miles between us. Brightest blessings for your healing, love will find you again.
No matter the distance, love will always find a way back . Hope this brand new year will bring back the magic of love to you 🙂
